120 FPS camera test | RED Komodo vs Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K and 6K | plus focal reducers

In today's video I test 3 cameras 120fps modes against each other filming the same scene indoors of pouring into a glass. Used the Sigma 18-35 and 50-100 1.8. Shot at 1.8 for all shots and ISO 320 for the NON-boosted shots. RED Komodo was shot in 2k, BMPCC 4K in 2.6k and BMPCC 6K in 2.8K. Filming a Star Trek Fan film

In this video, I discuss my latest project working as a DP on the Star Trek fan film Axanar. I go over some of the details and gear we used in this small shoot that we used to get pickup shots needed for the first half of the film and the trailer to be released in February. What I loved about this shoot was we were able to film it much like an Indie film, using gear and techniques to replicate shots we took from our first shoot at a fraction of the original shoots budget. If you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments below and I will get to them as quick as i can. Here is the list of most of the gear we used on set:

First week with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k

So this week I was very excited to see that I was one of the first people in the United States to recieve my Pre-order on the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k. I did some testing this week and found a few pleasant discoveries! I also found out the cold hard truth about using this camera in an everyday setting (spoiler) the camera is a cinema camera and not a DSLR in pretty much every single way except form factor. So listen to my thoughts on the new Blackmagic Camera.

Mavic 2 Pro Review and thoughts versus the Phantom 4 Pro

This we discuss the newly released Mavic 2 Pro and my thoughts on it after using for more than half a month. I also discuss what I think about the Mavic 2 Pro versus the Phantom 4 Pro.

Lastly I discussed a video I worked on in colaberation with my good friends at CRFTSHO on filming in 10-bit h.265 D-LOG and HLG which can be found here:
