Filming a Star Trek Fan film

In this video, I discuss my latest project working as a DP on the Star Trek fan film Axanar. I go over some of the details and gear we used in this small shoot that we used to get pickup shots needed for the first half of the film and the trailer to be released in February. What I loved about this shoot was we were able to film it much like an Indie film, using gear and techniques to replicate shots we took from our first shoot at a fraction of the original shoots budget.
